ZTQ SERIES DUAL-PURPOSE POWER TONGS
ZTQseries dual-purpose power tongs is applicable to tripping operation and running-in casing operation in the drilling activities in petrolium and mining. It is a new power tongs dependently developed by ourselves according to the requirements from oilfield customers. The power tong integrates the function of drill pipe power tong and casing power tong. It can meet the requirements under the operation of frequent tripping or connecting single pipe. In addition, it can be used to run in the casing with small diameter. During the conversion between the two operations, it is not necessary to replace the equipment. It can increase the wellhead operation efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.
TQ Series Casing Tong
TQ series of casing tongs are widely used for making-up or breaking-out pipes or casing in diameters of 4"~20". Tong head is designed as open and can freely clamp and escape from the casing. TQ Casing Tongs are safe,reliable, and easy to handle with high mobility. This series of casing tongs can be connected with computer controlling units as ideal well mechanical tools for surface operations in oil fields. National Invention Patent of the tongs has been got. The tongs are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K "Specification for Drilling Equipment"
TB casing back-up tong
TB casing back-up tong is a patented product, used to perform casing operation by combined with casing power tong and can ensure connection quality and eliminate deformation of main tong under large torque. The back-up tong features safety, reliability, labor-saving, and high efficiency. There are two control style: pneumatic and hydraulic. The back-up tong is supplied with a torque sensor to measure precisely connection torque. The tong is designed and manufactured according to Industrial standard SY/T5074 and API Spec 7K “Specification for Drilling Equipment”.
ZQF216-110 lron roughneck
ZQF216-110 iron roughneck is our newly designed product. It is a convenient and modularized product. The tool is used for make-up and break-out operations of drill pipes, drill collars, casings and other type couplings from 31/2” to 81/2”. It is an upgrade product. This product suits for hot or cool environment, onshore or offshore locations. ZQF216-110 iron roughneck can be remote controlled. It is designedand manufactured according to API Spec 7k specifications.
